A controlled small-group training focused on sharpening how participants read people, steer conversations, and shape outcomes. Groups typically consist of 4–10 participants to ensure depth, precision, and discretion.

Each participant receives a Detailed Individual Evaluation Report and a Certificate of Participation upon completion.
